Erica Woodward, LCSW
Do you feel stressed out, overwhelmed, or overall frustrated with life? Do you lack the social skills needed to function everyday? Struggle with time management? Or do you goals you set forth, but never achieved? Sometimes life happens when we are busy making other plans and you need another person to help anchor you, sort through the turmoil, and encourage you to put your best foot forward.
As your therapist, I meet you where you're at and explore how your health and emotional well-being is impacting your present day life. I pride myself on being a therapist who leads with love, unconditional positive regard, and pure intention throughout your journey to wellness.
My treatment approach is relaxed, realistic, and conversational while encouraging you to achieve your goals and potential. We will spend time learning about your symptoms and how your experiences have impacted your daily functioning, health, and emotional state.
I offer individual and group counseling to adolescents and adults. I utilize different perspectives including CBT, integrative health, solution-focused, and trauma informed care to help those struggling with symptoms of ADHD, depression, anxiety, multicultural issues, trauma, and stressful life changes. I am also training in EMDR.
