I work with couples, families, adolescents and adults to help address a wide range of life’s challenges. I believe in utilizing your strengths as building blocks in developing a stronger, safer and more stabilized foundation while working together to achieve a more healthy and balanced life. Life is about setting goals, whether daily or long term. I will partner with you to achieve these goals and work with you side by side to realize the best version of yourself. Life’s issues are never ending and sometimes painful. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental and open environment.
My training includes a wide variety of treatment modalities. Therapy can be done in a variety of approaches and I strive to work with you to find the approach that works best for you.
My clinical experience includes but is not limited to helping people who struggle with depression, anxiety, oppositional behaviors, school trouble, addiction, trauma, divorce and self-esteem issues. I have worked with a variety of backgrounds including various ethnicities, religions and gender identities.
